General Camping is Memorial Weekend through Labor Day.
Book/pay, fill out registration form and sign waiver online before you come. Specials rates apply for events. The campground is Clothing Optional with strict rules. All Campground Rules must be followed. Cancellation policy below.
Check-In is 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. (Wed thru Sat). Check out is 2:00 p.m.
Be prepared to show Photo ID and receipt of payment. Contact Registration Email to make arrangements to arrive outside of the designated check-in timeframe. Extended check-in hours during events.

Cancellation
Refund eligibility varies based on the type of site reserved and the timing of the cancellation. If you fail to arrive and do not notify Brushwood of your cancellation in advance, all fees will be forfeited.
For site reservations (excluding cabins and event registrations), cancellations are refunded at 100% of the amount paid, less applicable processing fees.

Sankofa and Sirius Rising Event Cancellation
Event insurance is available through the vendor, but there are no refunds from Brushwood.
Cabin Cancellation
Due to limited availability cancelation refunds are stricter. For weekdays 50% refund if cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date at 3:00 p.m. No refund after. No refund for Memorial and Labor Day weekends and event reservations.
