Highlights

Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Legal guardians must be at least 21 and show proof of guardianship. Proof of guardianship is a notarized letter identifying the child and guardian for a specific length of time at Brushwood Folklore Center, LLC. The guardianship letter must also specify that the guardian may make medical decisions for the child. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.  NYS Health Department regulations require that no one under the age of 15 be allowed in the hot tub. Children under 3 are not allowed in the pool.

Pets For the comfort and safety of everyone, we do not allow dogs at Brushwood.  No support animals are allowed.

Clothing Optional Etiquette should be reviewed carefully in the Guidelines. Most of the population opts to keep their clothes on except around the pool and hot tub.  Everyone just needs to be respectful of each other’s choices.

The swimming facilities at Brushwood Folklore Center, LLC are not supervised by a lifeguard
or other responsible person. In place of on-site supervision, this facility has established a series of
safeguards to be followed by all guests.  Review the pool rules carefully and follow posted directions in the posted signs.
