Workshop Application

Please complete and submit the application below to be considered as a presenter for Sankofa Weekend or Sirius Rising (full week). To be considered, please submit:

Two workshops for Sankofa Weekend
Three workshops for Sirius Rising
Five workshops if you would like to be considered for both events

Presenters selected to offer the required number of workshops receive complimentary festival admission for one adult. A nominal camping contribution fee applies.

Recommended: type workshop information and biography in a separate document and copy the information into the form so you have a copy. Applications Due Date: March 15!
